Terms of Acceptance of Purchase Order (PO)

Payment:
- Option I: Cheque payments 100% in advance
- Option II: 50% advance and 50% (plus taxes and other charges) cash against delivery.
Taxes and other government levies: Extra as per actual
P&F: Extra @ 2% of order value
Shipment: Extra as per actual
Insurance: Optional (as per actual)
Delivery:
- within two weeks for Standard HSS Slitting cutters and
- within six to eight weeks for made to order knives / FINs
The cutters come with one month warranty against any manufacturing defects
